Behenyl Alcohol is a non-drying fatty alcohol used as an emollient, emulsifier, and thickener. Often combined with Arachidyl Alcohol and Arachidyl Glucoside, under the trade name Montanov, it helps to create a thick softening cream with a "matte finish".
