Laminaria Digitata, also known as Oarweed, is a specie of brown kelp native to the cold waters of the Northern Atlantic Ocean. It grows in tall (1-3m) thick ribbons off the shoreline of rocky coasts.

It is incredibly rich in nutrients, minerals and vitamins like iron, potassium calcium, niacin, and vitamin C. These all combine to offer soothing and antioxidant benefits.
